Poster- Colony Hotel and 1958 Classic Car

This poster is all Deco in both the building and the car which complement eachother with streamline classicism.

The Colony Hotel follows the rule of symmetry and balance in the signage. Thankfully it still retains the pastel colors even today which is a thing of the past, the 80's, as hotels revert back to the putty grays and beige.

The neon lights was an original concept and the Colony Hotel is the most photographed Art Deco building in South Beach.

Contrary to widespread belief, the car featured is not a Cadillac but a 1958 Packard.  The streamline across the body meets the flaring fins.

This poster is 24 x 36 and you can purchase it for only $20 including shipping (US only; for international clients shipping costs applies, please contact Christine).

This makes a great momento to add to any room once you choose the matte and frame.
