TIMES, PRICE, DEPOSIT, REFUND policy

The daily Art Deco Walking tour lasts 2 hours and 15 minutes and the price is $30 per adult and $10 per child (4-12 years old) including taxes*. Children under 4 are free however when bringing toddlers, this requires a PRIVATE TOUR.  English language. For PRIVATE tour, the rate is minimum $40 per person (children $20) depending on day of week and season. For a group of 20 or more please contact us directly. [Prices do not include gratuity for the tour guide. ]

For Art Deco Walking tours in other languages (Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese)  the rate is minimum $35 per person depending on the season. Advance reservations are strongly recommended. 

Cocktail Tour: $65 per person.

IMPORTANT: Children 5 years old and under are not allowed on our regular tours.We recognize traveling with toddlers can be challenging for the family and other guests. Therefore we offer PRIVATE tours for any families that wish to take the tour with toddlers. This way we can easily go at your pace and pause as needed.

Full payment is required to guarantee your reservation.

1. We can email you a payment link (with more than 24 hour notice). A $3 fee applies to total.
2. Using our automated system FARE HARBOR, click banner on right. A $2.50 fee applies per person.
3. Call us with credit card over the phone. A $3 fee applies to total.

CANCELLATION / REFUND & CHANGE POLICY
All payments (and deposits for large groups) are non-refundable except for an official Hurricane Watch/Warning. The payment is also refundable if it rains heavily more than 20 minutes during the tour. Since this is a walking tour primarily outdoors, if it should rain heavily for more than 20 minutes during the first hour of the tour,  you may terminate the tour and receive full refund or partial refund in the second hour of the tour. However you  must show up for the tour despite if it's raining in other parts of the city before the tour. We continue the tour in drizzle rain.

All Reservations are nonchangeable.  Once you reserve and pay, your spot is guaranteed for that date and time.  As our tour specializes in small groups, less than 10 people, reservations are guaranteed and therefore reservations can NOT be changed. 

By purchasing a tour with us directly or via our third party ticket vendor, Fare Harbor, you agree to all terms as indicated here in our Participant Waiver & Release of Liability.
